QUIKMAIL mobile app screens: contacts, photo preview and orders
01

Overview

QUIKMAIL lets users manage contacts at correctional facilities, send printed photos and letters, and track order status from selection to delivery — connecting families with incarcerated loved ones through a simple mobile flow.

02

The challenge

Sending mail to a correctional facility involves strict formatting and facility-specific address requirements. The app needed to make that process feel as simple as sending a text, without the sender needing to know the rules.

03

The approach

The interface centres on three tabs — Contacts, Orders and Menu — so a user can add a contact once and then quickly select photos, preview how they will print, and track delivery status without re-entering facility details each time.
