2. Information we collect

• Contact form: full name, email, company or product (optional), project type, estimated budget, project details and your consent.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type and access time, in server logs, for security and operation. To limit form submissions we use only a hashed record of the IP address, deleted after 10 minutes.
• Visit measurement: Google Analytics data on how the website is used. How this works is explained in the Cookie Policy.

3. How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, as you request by sending the form,
• to protect the website from abuse, which is our legitimate interest,
• to measure visits, only if you have agreed,
• to meet legal obligations, for example under tax and accounting rules.

Data is not sold or shared with others for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiries reach us by email and are kept for as long as the communication or project lasts, and afterwards for as long as needed for possible questions about that work. Business records are kept for as long as the law requires.

5. Who else processes data

To the extent needed to run the website, data is processed by:

• Hostinger, whose servers host the website,
• our email provider, to receive and send messages,
• Google (Google Analytics), to measure visits.

Some of them may process data outside the Republic of Serbia. We give data to public authorities only when the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Send your request to office@alphasoft.dev; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

You may also file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs). If you are in the EU, you have the same rights under the GDPR, as well as the right to complain to your local authority.

loglasi.rs and najboljibendovi.rs are owned by AlphaSoft. This policy applies only to alphasoft.dev; the policies published on those websites govern data processing there.
