01

Overview

EMAL supplies metal materials and processing services — from copper, brass and aluminium to steel sheets, pipes and profiles — to industrial buyers across Serbia. The site pairs a custom WordPress content system with a working WooCommerce store, so customers can browse the catalogue and buy online instead of relying on phone orders alone.

02

The challenge

The offer spans dozens of technical products and several processing services (cutting, laser cutting, anodising, thermal treatment), sold across two warehouses. A generic catalogue would flatten that technical depth and make it hard for buyers to find the right material and service combination.

03

The approach

The redesign separates products from services, gives each product category a clear technical description, and connects the WooCommerce store to a downloadable stock list — so the digital catalogue matches what's actually on the shelf.
